b) Temporary workers, candidates, and applicants
- Identification: name, address, date of birth, INSZ/BIS number, contact details
- Professional: CV, diplomas, work experience, evaluation forms
- Payroll: bank account number, family composition, contractual and salary data, payslips
- Documents: certificates (student@work, medical checks, etc.)
- Photos, videos, or profile pictures (if voluntarily provided)
- Content of chat sessions via the platform

- Invoicing: bank account number, VAT or company registration number

3. How do we obtain this data?

4. Why do we process this data?
Personal data is processed exclusively for legitimate purposes, including:
- Providing our services: contracts, matching, payroll administration, invoicing
- Assessing candidate suitability and following up on applications
- Compliance with legal obligations (Dimona, social security, tax filings, workplace accidents, health & safety legislation)
- Ensuring platform security (e.g. automated detection of abuse in chat sessions)
- Improving our website, app, and services
Legal basis: performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, or consent.
5. Disclosure to third parties
- Service providers: only when necessary (e.g. payroll partners, lawyers, auditors, IT providers).
